Touchtel entered the IR Distribution Business for accessories in the UAE in 2020, starting with Sony’s range of accessories and expanding to include multiple brands like Energizer, Totu Life, Anker, and more.
After successfully serving the market and gaining valuable experience in channel management, Touchtel took the next logical step in the accessories business by introducing an exclusive brand to the Middle East and African markets – Miccell. This brand, already successful in the US and Latin America, is highly regarded for its quality. With Touchtel's impeccable sales and after-sales support, Miccell is poised to become a market leader. At Touchtel, we believe in establishing person-to-person connections rather than a purely mechanical approach. We reach out to over 500 retailers, offering personalized service and support for our products and brands. Our ground team covers all of the Emirates, consisting of experienced members like Harish Kumar, Mohamed Jasim, Siyad Poliyodath, and Muhammed Awais. Kashif Siddiqui leads this talented team, who oversees daily operations, planning, analysis, course correction, and team motivation to strive for higher, stronger, and faster achievements.

Meet one of the brains behind Touchtel. By profession, Saleem is a venture capitalist, angel Investor, and serial Entrepreneur in various industries. Born in India, he moved to Dubai two decades ago in his pursuit of achieving professional excellence. Saleem’s obsession is cutting-edge technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and dealing with challenging clients., which sets him apart from the crowd. He has always trusted his instincts when spotting innovation and backing the right talent. He is currently working to expand his retail and distribution business with the help of new technology and on-the-ground live wire teams.
